Massimo Mioretti shoes are exclusively made to measure and we strive to process your order within 1-3 working days and deliver within 6 weeks.
We would like to point out that holidays and vacations can influence the production time.
We think good service is very important, and we use a return period of 7 days for the correct handling of complaints.
We only grant a right of return if the shoes are unused and are in the original packaging together with the supplied shoe trees and shoe bags. we will contact you with the completed return form and we will come up with a suitable solution.
Returns within the Netherlands are free of charge. In Belgium and Germany you do bear the costs for the return.
Massimo Mioretti complies with the privacy conditions as described in the “Wet Bescherming Persoonsgegevens”.
As a buyer you always have the option to adjust or remove your personal data by logging in to the website. Entered data is stored in a secure file and data are only used to complete the order and to be able to solve any problems concerning the shipment of the order.
The data is not shared with a third party, unless this is necessary in connection with the completion of the order or repair.
We will keep you informed of your order by regularly sending you a small update. If you have any questions in the meantime, please contact the retailer or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our shoes are “made2measure” and therefore specially made for you. According to traditional craftsmanship, the shoes are completely made to measure, but sometimes something goes wrong with the order, order processing or production. If your customized shoes did not fit, you can return your order free of charge. To do this, you must adhere to a return period of a maximum of 7 days and complete the return form in full.
